This Study documents the results of the first phase of data analysis including information about labor force requirements, such as criminal screening, drug testing, wage rates and projections for future hiring. It also explores important business and industry driven projections based on a specific set of workforce indicators, including projected growth and expansion.

Our inclusive survey design has captured the full spectrum of employment needs and will prove useful in designing training programs to ensure a quality workforce is available for future employment demands. The regions economic potential and job growth is substantial in the following high-growth, high wage industries:

The study also serves to heighten the awareness of the wide-spread workforce shortages across multiple sectors in the Central Valley.
