The Fresno Area Workforce Investment Corporation (FAWIC) is accepting applications to expand the California Statewide Eligible Training Provider list (ETPL) of training providers operating in the Fresno County Workforce Investment Area that provide training in locally defined demand occupations. Qualified Training Providers will be included on the statewide list and become eligible to receive referrals of individuals eligible for subsidized training under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). It is required that Training Providers be authorized by a State of California accrediting organization before any application will be considered for nomination. Training Providers wishing to have their Programs nominated to the statewide approved list must review the ETPL Local Procedures below and submit to the FAWIC a completed Provider Application and separate Program Application for each training program. FAWIC will determine the eligibility of each program(s) in accordance with the State of California Directive(s) and ETPL Local Procedures.
