WELCOME TO THE ALL YOUTH ONE SYSTEM

The Fresno Regional Workforce Investment Board's All Youth One System (AYOS)
is designed to guide young adults, age 14-21, along the pathway to education,
training, personal development and ultimately, a rewarding career!
The AYOS understands that young adults need a solid foundation of academic
and job readiness skills in order to survive and compete in today's economy.
It is for this reason that the AYOS exists.

CORE ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAM
- Online tutoring in reading and math
- High school diploma and GED assistance
- College or vocational training preparation assistance
- Exploring and developing a career goal
- Job readiness workshops
- Work experience opportunities
- Opportunity to earn the Central CA Work Readiness Certificate (CCWRC)

SPECIALIZED YOUTH PROGRAMS
Choice to Change Gang Intervention Program
This program is designed to get gang youth off the streets and into a job, school or
training program that will enable them to make a "Choice to Change" their future.
Under the direction of the Fresno County Workforce Investment Board (FCWIB),
Fresno County eligible 14-24 year olds, who are involved in a gang or at risk of
being involved in a gang, can join the "Choice to Change" Program. Eligible youth
will focus on completing their high school diploma/GED if needed, academic tutoring,
leadership development, career exploration, job skills training, job placement and
vocational training.

Fresno County Bridge Program
An intensive one semester program at Fresno City College designed
to offer youth the support and guidance they need in order to make a
smooth transition into college and/or vocational training. Upon completion
of the one semester, youth will select an educational or employment
pathway guiding them towards their future career.

A comprehensive program designed to offer academic, job readiness and personal
development opportunities to youth during and after incarceration in Fresno
County.
