Staff will assist you with:

Enrollment is NOT a requirement to use the resources below at any Workforce Connection locations. You have access to:

  • Academic & career skill level evaluations
  • Phones, copy & fax machines
  • Job readiness & skill enhancement workshops
  • Computers & interest services
  • Job Board with current job opportunities
  • High school diploma/equivalency assistance
  • Centralized access to partners and referrals
  • Job placement assistance
  • Job search at your own pace (self-directed)
  • Supportive services & more!

  • Must be a Fresno County resident
  • 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Males must meet military selective services requirements

There are 3 simple steps to use staff-assisted service

 

1. Get Started
View our orientation video to find out more about service from home or at one of our resource rooms.

 

2. Make the Connection
Register for a CalJOBS account at www.caljobs.ca.gov. Utilize your account to:

  • Obtain a Workforce Connection Passport Card
  • Job search
  • Conduct career research
  • Move forward with enrollment for staff assisted services
  • Send secure messages to staff
 

3. Complete and Submit Appointment/Referral Request Form
